This policy explains what information the Favourite Pizza website handles and what happens to it.

What the website collects

• The website has no customer accounts and does not ask you to sign in.
• Your order, as you build it, is kept in your own browser so it is still there if you reload the page.
• When you tap Order on WhatsApp, the website keeps a short record of the order itself: the dishes, sizes, total, branch, pickup or delivery, the time and a reference code. We use it to count orders that come through the website. It does not include your name, address or phone number.
• The name and delivery address you type into the order form are used only to write the WhatsApp message. The website does not store them.

When you order by WhatsApp or phone

When you tap Order on WhatsApp, your order, name and address are placed in a WhatsApp message to the branch, which you then send. From that point the branch has your message and your WhatsApp number, and uses them to prepare, deliver and bill your order. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy. If you call instead, the branch has your phone number and whatever you tell it.

Services the website relies on

• Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• Fonts: some fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google.
• Maps: the Get directions links open Google Maps.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses browser storage to remember your order. A sign-in cookie is used only on the staff page that manages the menu.

Your choices

You can clear your saved order at any time by removing the items from it or clearing your browser data. To ask about information a branch holds from an order, or to ask for it to be deleted, contact us using the details below.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
