These terms apply to the Favourite Pizza website. By using the site or placing an order through it, you agree to them.

Ordering

• The website does not take orders or payments itself. It helps you build an order and send it to a branch by WhatsApp, or call the branch.
• An order is placed only when the branch confirms it to you by WhatsApp or phone. Sending the message is a request, not a confirmed order.
• The branch may decline or change an order, for example if a dish is unavailable or the address is outside its delivery area.

Prices, tax and charges

• Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before tax. GST of 5% is added to the bill.
• Packing and delivery charges may apply to delivery orders. The branch will tell you the final amount.
• Prices and the menu can change without notice. If a price on the website differs from the price at the branch, the branch price applies.
• Payment is made to the branch directly, in the way the branch offers.

Menu and photos

• Dishes are subject to availability and may differ between branches.
• Photos are for illustration. The dish you receive may look different.

Allergies

Our food may contain nuts, gluten, milk and other allergens, and is prepared in kitchens that handle them. If you have an allergy or dietary need, tell the branch before you order.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup times are estimates given by the branch. Please give a correct name, address and phone number so the branch can reach you.

Cancellations and complaints

To change or cancel an order, or if something is wrong with it, contact the branch you ordered from as soon as possible. Cancellations and refunds are handled by that branch.

Use of the website

The content of this website belongs to Favourite Pizza. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Links to other services, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps, are governed by those services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
